Morning playtimes 

Morning playtime is at 10:45am-11am for Y1-Y6. Playtimes include opportunities for games and activities.  Foundation 1 and 2 (Cherry and Willow) have break times which are quite flexible. 

Lunch 

Children in Cherry class who attend over 5 days or 2 and a half days will have their lunch at 11.45am-12.15pm. Willow, Ash and Maple will have their lunch at 11.45am. Holly, Linden, Beech and Cedar will have their lunch from 12 midday.   Lunchtimes for all end at 1.00pm. The total number of hours children are at school on a weekly basis is 32.5 hours.

Drop-off and collection 

At the beginning and end of the school day, parents are encouraged to arrive and leave promptly to avoid congestion on the playground.  Children in Y5/Y6 may walk home alone if parents give consent to the school office or their teacher. 

Getting to school 

To get to and from school, walking is definitely the best option! There are lots of benefits: it’s healthier than travelling by car, it improves the safety of pedestrians and road-users, and it respects nearby residents and parking regulations. Alternatively, we have bike-racks. If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely.
