London's Burning! (The Great Fire of London)
Throughout this unit of work, the children learnt all about The Great Fire of London.
The unit consisted of :
- Noticing differences between London in 1666 and London now
- Learning the chronology of The Great Fire of London
- Understanding the reasons behind the fire and why it spread so easily
- Understanding how we learn about the past (sources of evidence)
- Changes that were made after the Great Fire
