We were very lucky that Eggucation sent us some eggs and equipment to look after them! The Cherries couldn't wait to watch the eggs hatch! We learnt all about the life cycle of a chicken and created our own diagrams at the sticky table. The Cherries have enjoyed watching them grow and they all enjoyed holding the chicks. They have helped to feed them and have learned what chicks need to help them grow. We studied the chicks and used our senses to think of vocabulary to describe them.
